Land Development

Welcome to Saskatoon Land

Saskatoon Land is one of the largest self-financed municipal land development programs in Canada. Since 1954, we have been building innovative communities, shaping urban growth and generating revenue for vital municipal services—from roads to affordable housing to leisure amenities.

Saskatoon Land and the City of Saskatoon Construction and Design division will be holding an information session to provide updates on the Bolstad water quality concern and upcoming Aspen Ridge single family lot allocations for 2018.
The format for this session will include a brief presentation of the water issue by Construction and Design Staff followed by an update of upcoming Aspen Ridge single family lot allocations by Saskatoon Land staff. A brief Q&A period, will follow each presentation. An opportunity to view information boards and ask questions of staff after the presentations will also be provided.
