Our Performance - Indicator Guide

Performance improvement is a top priority for the City with a focus on improving transparency by providing citizens with an overview of the City’s progress and performance toward our strategic goals and our actions to deliver quality programs and services through continuous improvement.

A Performance Dashboard provides a snapshot of our progress towards 25 bold targets and indicators for our 10-year Strategic Plan.  This dashboard gives citizens a look into how we are doing as a City -  both where we need to improve and where we are making strides - and identifies strategies to help us meet our goals.

The following is a guide to understanding the dashboard.
