Ongoing light rain and a dip back below freezing temperatures will make for potentially icy roads later this afternoon and evening.  City crews are monitoring road conditions and are pre-salting roads to reduce ice build-up overnight. Even with the use of salt to prevent icing, slippery conditions can occur during peak driving times. Drivers are reminded to slow down and be cautious.
