Multiple road closures on Tuesday, July 2

The City has multiple full road closures scheduled for Tuesday, July 2. 

  • Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 7th Avenue North between Queen Street and Duchess Street will be fully closed for water main replacement work. This work is expected to take two months to complete. 

  • Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, Faithfull Avenue between 60th Street East and 64th Street East will be fully closed for water and sewer work. Traffic will be detoured along Millar Avenue. This work is expected to take two days to complete.  

  • Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, the intersection at 33rd Street and Steeves Avenue will be fully closed for catch basin work. Traffic will be detoured along Byng Avenue. This work is expected to take three days to complete. 

All work timelines are weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. 

Saskatoon Transit will continue to operate as scheduled. Transit service alerts, real-time bus locations, and arrivals are available on third party apps like Transit and Google Transit on desktop.
