City Utility customers are reminded that it's a great time to switch over to the convenience of paperless eBill, especially with possible mail backlogs due to the Canada Post service disruption. By choosing paperless eBill now, you can avoid delays in receiving your utility bill and also in your payment reaching the City on time.
