Report a missed Garbage Collection
Use this service to report an issue with commercial or residential garbage collection. Please remember to check your collection schedule prior to submitting the request and review the following information to ensure a successful collection. You can call 306-975-2486 at any time for help if you experience difficulties completing this request online.
For a successful residential garbage collection, please ensure:
- The container is placed on the street prior to 7 a.m. on scheduled pickup day
- There is at least 4 feet clearance around the container
- The garbage is bagged and inside the container.
- There are no large items sticking out of the container.
Request a new cart or replace a broken cart
Use this service if you are a new homeowner requesting a container or require a replacement container due to damages. We ask that new cart requests are submitted once residents are living at their new address so the container can be stored on the property immediately to avoid theft and bylaw infractions.
